ABOUT ESTHER FRASER

Esther has vast experience in several areas of law including civil litigation, corporate law, and estate planning.

As an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas, Esther won dozens of Special Commissioners' Hearings, several trials, court hearings, and appeals. She also won at the Texas Supreme Court. Her practice areas included eminent domain, employment discrimination, torts, and contract disputes.

Prior to being a trial attorney and litigator for the State of Texas, Esther practiced personal injury law and criminal defense.

Esther has served as a trial consultant in hundred-million-dollar cases with expertise in jury selection, witness preparation, and case presentation.

Her experience and success with several areas of law uniquely position her to serve her clients' every legal need. Moreover, because she has seen her cases through from pre-litigation to trial, to the Courts of Appeal, all the way to the State Supreme Court, she will intelligently craft a long-term strategy and help her clients resourcefully navigate the legal system at every stage.
